Translations

The prices of our translations are determined based on our rates per word. The invoice price is generally based on the number of translated words in the target language.

The rate that applies to your text depends on the following factors:
- the language combination
- the size of the text
- the difficulty of the text
- any special requirements (such as faster delivery)

Discount options:

It may be interesting to note that we offer a 2.5% discount on translations of the same text into several different languages.
In addition, we offer a bulk discount of 5% on the total project price for projects that exceed € 3000 per language.
We have a standard discount of 5% for non-profit organisations.

Proofreading, editing and copywriting

We charge by the hour for proofreading, editing and copywriting projects; the number of hours needed depends on such factors as:
- the language
- the size of the text
- the current quality of the text
- any additional requirements (such as faster delivery)

Interpreter services

The prices of our interpreter services are determined by the following factors:
- the language combination
- the field of expertise
- the specific situation in which the interpretation will take place
- when the interpreter is needed - in the long term, or in the very short term?
